Aluminum has been a proven material for more than seventy years of industrial use. Our design team carries experience from decades of manufacturing aluminum products from sheet metal fabricators to large scale automated rollformers. Our high-quality craftsmen can custom machine or weld aluminum grades such as:

- 5052-H32
6061 Aluminum
6061 is one of the most versatile alloys because of its clean surface finish and good mechanical properties. The 6061 alloy has very high strength, formability, weldability, machinability, and corrosion resistance. It is usually easily cut with hand tools or by power grinders.
6061 Aluminum is an excellent choice for projects that require a welded construction, a place to work with hand tools, or a clean shaping material. It has a white color and is not easily discolored. Tolerances for 6061 alloy are as tight as those for aluminum, but it is more difficult to roll plate. It can be welded, drilled, milled, tapped and anodized.
This alloy became a standard in the aviation industry because of its ability to be heat-treated or annealed. 6061 Aluminum is a versatile metal that has many applications beyond flashy things like high-performance boat hulls and rivets. You can find it in bike racks, marine fittings, kitchen utensils and body armor. In fact, it’s one of the most widely used metals on earth because of its strength and versatility.
