Elevator Industry & Hydraulics

We have extensive knowledge building hydraulic equipment. Hydraulic parts need to have the following qualities in order to maintain a long service life in a system:

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is the most common material used for hydraulic parts because it does not corrode or wear down as easily as other materials.

Precise

Swivel joints may require bushings which allow free movement around 360 degrees while not wearing out too fast from friction or pinching.

Durable

Hydraulic parts are constantly under pressure. Therefore, they need to be made of materials, like stainless steel, that will not break or crack under force.

Compact

The diameter of hydraulic hoses should not exceed 1/8 inch because at that width, hoses leak significantly more than hoses 1/4 inch or less in diameter.
